WHEREAS bids were issued for public advertisement and opened on April 11, 2025 in compliance with General Municipal Law 103 for Bid No. RFB-7419A "Purchase of three (3) X-Ray Security Baggage Scanners" and
Whereas such bids were duly examined and as a result the administration has determined that VITA Detection USA Inc is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder with a bid of $61,500.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to award Bid No. RFB-7419A "Purchase of three (3) X-Ray Security Baggage Scanners" to VITA Detection USA Inc. in an amount not to exceed $61,500. for a one-time purchase. |
