Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the School Facilities Management Department is in need of new replacement vehicles for use by our Maintenance Department and,
WHEREAS the some vehicles currently used in the daily responsibilities of throughout the district are no longer economically serviceable, and
WHEREAS: bid RFB-6740-2022 FORD EXPLORER LIMITED HYBRID –was let for bid in February 2022 and opened in public on March 3, 2022, and
WHEREAS: the lower of the two bids from Genesse Valley Ford, Avon New York at $58,100.00 has been deemed acceptable to the District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the award for purchasing 2022 Ford Explorer Limited Hybrid vehicles be made to Genesse Valley Ford, Avon New York at $51,800.00 and a term of 365 calendar days. |
