WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to obtain nursing services for the District on an as needed basis,
WHEREAS the Board of Education has selected Maxim Healthcare Staffing to provide this service
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Maxim Healthcare Staffing in an amount not to exced $180,000.00 |
