Ladies and Gentlemen:
Whereas, the Board of Education wishes to adopt Policy #0111 Sexual Discrimination and Sex-Based Harassment under Title IX.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Education hereby adopts Policy #0111 Sexual Discrimination and Sex-Based Harassment under Title IX; and
Be it further resolved that Policy# 0111 Sexual Discrimination and Sex-Based Harassment under Title IX shall be incorporated into the Policy Manual. |
