Scope: National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector will provide in-person professional development to all Montessori teachers (Montessori 27, Montessori 31, & Yonkers Montessori Academy). All teachers will be trained and certified in Montessori Pedagogy. |

Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector to purchase professional development support for all Montessori teachers for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector at a cost not to exceed $14,300.00 |
