Scope: To award a general fund purchase order to AT Equipment to furnish and install stage drapery in the auditoriums at Saunders Trades and Technical High School, Paideia School 24, the stage padding at Casimir Pulaski School, and the purchase and installation of 21 modesty panels for Saunders Trades and Technical High School and for the Board of Trustees conference room. The existing stage drapery, stage padding and modesty panels have lived beyond their useful life.

Resolution

WHEREAS: The District desires to replace the stage drapery in the auditoriums at Saunders Trades and Technical High School and Paideia School 24, the stage padding at Casimir Pulaski School, and the modesty panels for Saunders Trades and Technical High School and Board of Trustees conference room, and
WHEREAS: The existing stage drapery, stage padding and modesty panels have lived beyond their useful life.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That a general fund purchase order be issued to AT Equipment Sales, 180 Brook Street, Scarsdale, NY 10583 in an amount not to exceed $115,872.40 for a term of 365 calendar days. |
