Via resolution 18.17 dated April 17, 2024, the Board of Education awarded contracts not to exceed $1 million each, to eight (8) separate Architectural/Engineering firms, successful responders to RFP-483 for “On-Call Architectural Services”.
This resolution is to re-assign the Capital Improvement Projects to five (5) of the eight (8) awardees from their expired contracts to their respective new contracts as detailed on the attached. |

WHEREAS via resolution 18.17 dated April 17, 2024, the Board of Education awarded contracts not to exceed $1 million each, to eight (8) separate Architectural/Engineering firms, successful responders to RFP-483 for “On-Call Architectural Services”, and
WHEREAS an amendment is required to re-assign the Capital Improvement Projects to five (5) of the eight (8) awardees from their expired contracts to their respective new contracts as detailed on the attached.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend these assignments for these Architectural/Engineering services previously awarded and hereby authorizes the Superintendent and/or his designee(s) to complete any and all necessary paperwork to effectuate this resolution. |
