WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Cream-O-Land Dairies, LLC to purchase milk for 2023-2024 school year.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Cream-O-Land Dairies, LLC to provide these goods, and
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Cream-O-Land Dairies, LLC at a cost not to exceed $736,665.25 |
