Whereas the Board of Education finds it necessary to appropriate a portion of the FY 2020-2021 unassigned General Fund balance, as per the FY 2020-2021 Audit, for the purpose of balancing the 2022-2023 budget.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to appropriate a portion of the FY 2020-2021 unassigned General Fund balance in an amount not to exceed $9,403,910 to close the budget gap. |
