Scope: To award Allied Fire Control Services, Inc. the “Service, Inspection and Supply of Fire Extinguishers” in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 for 365 calender days.
This annual service contract is to provide all services for the testing, service and maintenance of all fire extinguishers in the Yonkers Public Schools district.
Procurement is via co-ownership of COY Contract# 2025-0034. RFB-7100 issued for servicing of fire extinguishers for which the above contract is awarded for in the amount of $119,572.00, includes $30,000.00 for the Yonkers Public Schools. |

Resolution
|
WHEREAS the District is required to maintain operational fire extinguishers and to have them inspected annually, and
WHEREAS the COY Contract #2025-0034 awarded for $119,572.00 includes $30,000.00 for the Yonkers Public Schools, and
WHEREAS procurement is via co-ownership of COY Contract# 2025-0034.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to award the ”Service, Inspection and Supply of Fire Extinguishers” to Allied Fire Control Service, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 for 365 calendar days. |
