WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Mivila Foods to purchase cheese products for 2020-2021 school year,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Mivila Foods to provide these goods, and
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Mivila Food at a cost not to exceed $48,520.32 |
