WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to obtain nursing services for the District on an as-needed basis,
WHEREAS the Board of Education has selected Amergis Healthcare Staffing Inc, to provide these services,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $374,665.00 |
