WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Dr. Shadi H. Sayegh to obtain medical services to support the review of IEP's, student charts to assess programs and services for the 2023- 2024 school year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Dr. Shadi. H. Sayegh at a cost not to exceed $57,750.00. |
