Ladies and Gentlemen:
Whereas, the Board of Education wishes to adopt Conflict of Interest - Policy #9120.1.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Education hereby adopts Conflict of Interest - Policy #9120.1; and
Be it further resolved that Policy 9120.1 Conflict of Interest, shall be incorporated into the Policy Manual. |
