PowerSchool Group, LLC
Term: July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025
Amount: $4,731.60
Scope: PowerSchool is the District’s Student Information System (SIS). This amendment to existing contract # 2025-00000104, BOE approved on 5/15/2024 and BOCS approved on 5/21/2024, will provide additional services by PowerSchool to migrate the eSchoolPlus legacy Student Information System data from the PowerSchool hosting center servers to district servers to allow for continuity of access to the district’s legacy eSchoolPlus Student Information System. This amendment represents an increase of $4,731.60 due to an increase in services being provided. The total contract amount will be $440,106.72.

Resolution
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend existing contract #2025-00000104 with PowerSchool Group, LLC to purchase additional consulting services to migrate the eSchoolPlus legacy Student Information System data from PowerSchool hosted servers to district servers for the 2024-2025 school year,

WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with PowerSchool Group, LLC, a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,

WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with PowerSchool Group, LLC to provide these services, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with PowerSchool Group, LLC at a cost not to exceed $440,106.72.
