Amount: $16,500.00
Scope: To provide Architectural/Engineering Services for “Pre-Design Study for the Culinary Program Expansion” at Saunders Trades & Technical High School, CIP 10972.
Overview:
This resolution is to fund the architectural/engineering work by Fuller and D’Angelo for $16,500.00 to perform a study in determining the project scope (conceptual design plans), schedule and budget for doubling the capacity of the school’s culinary program.
Fuller and D’Angelo were selected to provide a request for proposal as they are the firm who performed the original designs for the current culinary program. |

Resolution
|
WHEREAS under Resolution 18.17 dated April 17, 2024, the Board of Education authorized the award of professional “On-Call” Architectural Services Contract No. 2024-0872 to Fuller and D’Angelo P.C. Architects and Planners in response to District RFP-483 for an amount not to exceed $1 million and a term of 24-months, with three (3) options to renew for additional 12-month periods by mutual concurrence, and
WHEREAS work as defined under that contract is required for “Pre-Design Study for the Culinary Program Expansion” at Saunders Trades & Technical High School, CIP 10972, and
WHEREAS the response by Fuller and D’Angelo P.C. Architects and Planners to request for proposals issued by the Facilities Department was deemed most advantageous to the District with assignment of select services of the proposal at a cost not to exceed $16,500.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to assign Fuller and D’Angelo P.C. Architects and Planners, to the task of providing professional “On-Call” Architectural Services for “Pre-Design Study for the Culinary Program Expansion” at Saunders Trades & Technical High School, CIP 10972 under Contract No. 2024-0872 in the amount not to exceed $16,500.00. |
