WHEREAS, the Board and the CSEA are parties to a MOA for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027; and
WHEREAS, the parties have engaged in good faith negotiations to arrive at a successor collective bargaining agreement; and
WHEREAS, the collective negotiations between the Board and the CSEA have resulted in the attached MOA between the Board and the CSEA; and
WHEREAS, the MOA which was collectively negotiated between the Board and the CSEA and was ratified by the members of the CSEA on January 28, 2025; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the MOA, the Board wishes to state its approval by ratifying the MOA.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board hereby approves the MOA between the Board and the CSEA attached hereto effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027. |
