Amount: $2,375
Scope: This amendment to existing contract # 2025-00000029 for April 2024 Resolution 15.2, BOE approved on 4/17/2024 and BOCS approved on 4/23/2024, will provide additional services by Marcia Brenner Associates, LLC to create a custom JavaScript in the Report Creator plugin software used by the Student Information Systems department for test scores which display on transcript reports. This amendment represents an increase of $2,375 due to an increase in services being provided. The total contract amount will be $14,375. |

Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend existing contract #2025-00000029 with Marcia Brenner Associates, LLC to purchase additional consulting services for JavaScript customization for the Report Creator plugin for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Marcia Brenner Associates, LLC, a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Marcia Brenner Associates, LLC to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Marcia Brenner Associates, LLC at a cost not to exceed $14,375.00. |
