Whereas the Board of Education finds it necessary to appropriate a portion of the FY 2021-2022 unassigned General Fund balance, as per the FY 2021-2022 Audit, for the purpose of balancing the 2023-2024 budget.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to appropriate a portion of the FY 2021-2022 unassigned General Fund balance in an amount not to exceed $32,261,215 to close the budget gap. |
