Resolution

|
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the YCSD and the CSEA desire to settle the grievance, AAA Case number 01-24-0003-0094;
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the YCSD and the CSEA have reached an Agreement settling the matters;
WHEREAS, the Board of Education has had an opportunity to review the terms of the Agreement, and finds that the terms are fair, reasonable, and appropriate under the circumstances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the YCSD hereby approves the Agreement; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Schools, Anibal Soler, Jr., and those under his direction take all steps necessary to effectuate the Agreement. |
