This is to renew the Internet Based Facilities & IT Management System Services with Dude Solutions from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 for $33,889.90
This $1,634.90 (5%) more than last year.
This service is for use by the Facilities and IT Departments.
This web based system logs work order requests, tracks progress, inventory and accurately records activity for work orders and the IT Help Desk. Facilities has the system linked to the Grainger account for quick ordering, inventory control and just in time delivery directly to the schools. This information is accessible from any computer or smartphone. |

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS on August 19, 2020 under Board Item No. 17.11, the Board approved a contract extension with Dude Solutions (aka SchoolDude.com) for internet based Facilities and IT Management System Services, and
WHEREAS the administration recommends the renewal of these Direct Services for a period of 12 months.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue a purchase order to Dude Solutions, Inc. PO Box 936580, Atlanta Ga., 31193-6580 in the amount of $33,889.90 for 365 calendar days. |
