Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend an existing agreement with Catapult Learning, LCC to decrease the contract in an amount not to exceed $22,923.12 for a reduction in consulting services for three non-public schools the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with vendor name a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Catapult Learning LLC for a decrease in services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement to decrease the existing contract with Catapult Learning, LLC in the amount of $22,923.12. |
