WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with H. Schrier and Co. to purchase canned goods for 2020-2021 school year,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with H. Schrier and Co. to provide these goods, and
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with H. Schrier and Co. at a cost not to exceed $425,545.65. |
