WHEREAS Board of Education Policy 1120 is in compliance with New York State Public Officers Law, Article 6, Section 84-90, Freedom of Information Law, and
WHEREAS Section 87.1 (b) ii Access to Agency Records indicates it is the responsibility of the Trustees to appoint a Records Access Officer when that position is vacated.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That Andrea Carney, is appointed to Records Access Officer, the designated person for whom such records may be obtained in accordance with New York State legislation and Board of Education policy. |
