HMH Education Company, Inc. will provide instructional materials and professional development services for a 3 month pilot (November 2024- January 2025) of their ELA core curriculum, Into Reading/Arriba Lectura in grades 2, 3, and 5 at Enrico Fermi School. |

Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a pilot agreement contract with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company (HMH) to provide ELA core curriculum pilot materials in HMH Into Reading/Arriba Lectura and related professional development services in grades 2, 3, and 5 at Enrico Fermi School beginning in November 2024 and ending January 2025.
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company (HMH) a program that meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company (HMH)
to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with HMH Education Company, Inc. for HMH Into Reading/Arriba Lectura curriculum pilot at a cost not to exceed $0. |
