Resolution
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter a contract with College Board to support in-school testing for the AP® Exams for the 2024-2025 school year,

WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with College Board a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,

WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with College Board to provide these services, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with College Board at a total cost not to exceed $55,250.00.
