NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approve the Stipulation of Settlement entered into on or about October 31, 2024, as well as, and without limitations, all agreements and contracts necessary to implement said Stipulation, in full resolution of a notice of an intent to file a request for an impartial hearing against the District received on February 27, 2024. |
