WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with
Chefs Depot, to purchase kitchen equipment for the various kitchens.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Chefs Depot to purchase these goods, and
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Chefs Depot at a cost not to exceed $116,310.00 |
