WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Brophy Brothers to provide fresh fruit and vegetables to the students of YPS attending School 5, School 17, Montessori 31 and Family School 32 for the 2021-2022 school year.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Brophy Brothers at a cost not to exceed $13,803.50. |
