Rationale:
|
The stage curtains at School #5 and Dehostos School are tattered and not working properly. This is to remove and replace them with new.
In compliance with General Municipal Law 103, RFB-6697 “Furnish and Install Stage Curtains at School 5 and DeHostos School was issued for bid and opened on October 29, 2021. Only two firms responded TSI at $21,030.00 and Symbrant Technologies at $73,120.00. Bids were examined and all due diligence observed in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. |

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: The District has determined that the existing stage curtains needs replacement to provide fire code compliant, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment, and
WHEREAS: bids were issued for public advertisement and opened on October 29, 2021 in compliance with General Municipal Law for RFB-6697 to “Provide and Install New Stage Curtains at School 5 and Dehostos School
WHEREAS: such bids were duly examined and as a result of this examination of the bids submitted, the administration has determined that TSI Interior Corp. is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder with a bid of $21,030.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Bid No. RFB-6697 to “Provide and Install New Stage Curtains” at School 5 and Dehostos School is awarded to TSI Interior Corp.. 112 Spring Street Suite #2 Monroe, NY 10950 in the amount of $21,030.00, for the term of 180 days. |
