Term: July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025
Amount: $93,000.00

Scope- HTA of New York provides related services and evaluations for homebound Special Education students as required by their (IEP's) (This resolution is responsive to Part 200 requirements to provide a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) to all students. If the nature or severity of the student's disability is such that it precludes them from attending an in-district program, then a program must then be provided to the homebound student.)

Ladies and Gentlemen:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to obtain the services from HTA of New York to provide Assistive Technology, Speech Therapy and Tutoring services to severely disabled/homebound students as recommended by the Committee on Special Education and

WHEREAS the Board had selected HTA of New York to provide these services and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorized the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with HTA of New York at a cost not to exceed $93,000.00.
