Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Computer Adventures LLC to purchase consulting services support technology enrichment classes for the 2023-2024 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Computer Adventures LLC a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Computer Adventures LLC to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Computer Adventures LLC at a cost not to exceed $300,000.00. |
