Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend an existing contract with Empress Ambulance Service Inc for services to support the safety of the Athletic program for the 2024-2025 school year at an increased rate of $400.00 per game,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Empress Ambulance Service Inc, a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Empress Ambulance Service Inc to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an agreement with Empress Ambulance Service Inc to reflect an increase of $1,600.00 at a new total cost not to exceed $5,600.00. |
