Resolution
WHEREAS via Resolution 16.2 dated October 20, 2021, the Board of Education awarded PO No. 2022-2687 for “On-Call” Architectural Services for CIP 10922 Fuel Oil Tank Restoration” at Martin Luther King Jr. Academy, and

WHEREAS Amendment 3 is required for additional project monitoring, construction management work and architectural services, and

WHEREAS Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C. have presented an acceptable proposal to complete this added task at a cost of $5,150.00.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue Amendment 3 under Contract No. 2024-0871 to Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C. for $5,150.00, increasing their task amount from $26,000.00 to $31,150.00.
