WHEREAS in accordance with Section 100.21(c) of Commissioner’s Regulations, the New York State Education Department requires that a school district submit the appropriate forms for public school closures, and
WHEREAS Yonkers Public Schools, will close Museum School 25, located at 579 Warburton Avenue, Yonkers, New York 10701, BEDS#662300010025 in anticipation of continued enrollment decline.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That we, the Members of the Board of Education, do hereby request the Board of Regents of the State of New York to close Museum School 25 at the end of the 2024/2025 academic year. |
