Ladies and Gentlemen:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Lexington School for the Deaf for a District Student,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with the Lexington School for the Deaf for total amount not to exceed $60,000.00
