Milburn Flooring
Term: 365 calendar days
Amount: $70,644.35
Scope: This is to award a general fund purchase order to screen (rough up) gymnasium wood floors at 11 District schools for FY 2024-2025 to Milburn Flooring under NY State contract (OGS# PC69412) in the amount of $70,644.35 for a term of 365 calendar days.
The District desires to maintain and refinish all wood gymnasium floors. In the past all floors were finished with an oil-based polyurethane. Oil based polyurethane is no longer available for purchase. In order to transition to a water-based polyurethane the floors need to be sanded and prepped, which is currently outside our skill set. Therefore, a third-party vendor (Milburn Flooring) will be utilized. Moving forward the District will resume the routine maintenance of gym floors.

WHEREAS: The District desires to maintain and refinish all wood gymnasium floors, and
