Award of Equipment CAPITAL Purchase of Folding Cafeteria Tables for Hawthorne Pearls School to AmTab Manufacturing Corp. C/O Health & Education Equipment Corp., (HNE) in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00 for term of 180 calendar days.
This is to furnish and deliver to Hawthorne Pearls School twenty-one (21) fold out cafeteria tables to replace those that are no longer serviceable which will be repurposed, used for parts or discarded by in-house forces.
This is being procured through the Southern Westchester BOCES Contract 2019-20-C09 expires May 31, 2022 “Office & Classroom Furniture” |

Resolution
|
Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: the folding twenty-one (21) cafeteria tables at Hawthorne Pearls School are no longer serviceable, and
WHEREAS: these tables are available for purchase through AmTab Manufacturing Corp. C/O HNE Equipment under Southern Westchester BOCES Contract 2019-20-C09, at an acceptable price, and
WHEREAS: in accordance with General Municipal Law, the district is permitted to avail itself of the goods awarded in this contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for the furnishing and installation of twenty-one (21) folding cafeteria tables be awarded to: AmTab Manufacturing Corp., C/O HNE Equipment 600 Eagle Drive, Bensenville, IL 60106 in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00 under Southern Westchester BOCES Contract 2019-20-C09 |
