WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Jay Bee Distributers Inc. to provide these goods, and
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Jay Bee Distributers Inc. at a cost not to exceed $184,273.50 |
