Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with SchooLinks, Inc. to purchase consulting services and licenses for the term of February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with SchooLinks a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with SchooLinks to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with SchooLinks at a cost not to exceed $73,288.40. |
