Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to obtain the services of the above contractor to provide Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy to pre-school and school age District students who are homebound, and
WHEREAS the Board of Education has selected Epikidz to provide these services,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Epikidz at an amount not to exceed $8,000. |
