Resolution
|
WHEREAS in compliance with NYS General Municipal Law 103 RFB-7387 “Truck Repair Service as needed for the Yonkers Public Schools District” was let for bid, opened in public and read aloud on February 21, 2025, and
WHEREAS three (3) bids were received, with Argyle Motor Works d/b/a H&C Truck Repair being the responsive and responsible bidder at $137,977.50.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract for RFB -7387, “Truck Repair Service as needed for the Yonkers Public Schools District”, with Argyle Motor Works d/b/a H&C Truck Repair, in an amount not to exceed $137,977.50 for a period of 365 calendar days. |
