This to authorize Amendment 1 for Architectural/Engineering Services PO 2021-5393 for 10908, “HVAC Upgrades” at School 26 contract 2021-0675, to Barile Gallagher & Associates, for $14,500.00, increasing the cost of this task from $440,000.00 to $454,500.00.
This is to provide the engineering required for a district directed increase in the scope of work at 10908 Pulaski School 26 to include the reconstruction/replacement of HVAC systems that serve the Library, AP Office, Rooms 205, 213, 036 and 036A. |

Resolution
|
Ladies and Gentlemen;
WHEREAS: Via Resolution 15.15 at their stated meeting on January 20, 2021 the Board of Trustees, under contract 2021-0675, awarded Barile Gallagher & Associates Capital Projects 10907 & 10908, “HVAC Restoration” at School 21 & School 26.
WHEREAS: an amendment is required to include additional services to provide additional architectural engineering services for additional HVAC restoration at School 26, CIP 10907, in the amount of $14,500.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to amend the existing assignment to Barile Gallagher & Associates, 39 Marble Avenue, Pleasantville NY 10570 to provide added professional Architectural/Engineering for CIP10907 & 10908 “HVAC Restoration” at School 21 and School 26 under contract 2020-0626 for the amount of $14,5000.00, increasing the cost of this task from $440,000.00 to $454,500.00. |
