|
Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS a vacancy in the membership of the Library Board of Trustees of the Yonkers Public Library occurred on December 31, 2022 when the term of office of Josephine Ilarraza expired, and
WHEREAS the Board of Education desires to fill the vacancy with the appointment of John A. Daily Jr. to commence January 19, 2023 and expire on December 31, 2027.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That John A. Daily Jr. is hereby appointed as a Trustee of the Yonkers Public Library Board for a term effective January 19, 2023 and expiring on December 31, 2027.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Executive Assistant of the Board of Education is hereby instructed to notify John A. Daily Jr. of his appointment as Trustee of the Yonkers Public Library Board, and to forward copies of this resolution to the City Clerk of the City of Yonkers and the Yonkers Library Board. |
