Amendment Amount – $2,845.44
Scope - The purpose of this resolution is to amend Board Report 19.5, Optimum Solutions Corporation World – 2023-2024, which the Board of Trustees approved on July 19, 2023 (Original contract 2024-00000299 and original BOCS approval date 7/19/2023). This amendment is intended to increase the amount of the agreement by $2,845.44 in order to cover the unforeseen increased cost of projects related to the NYSESLAT Exam Scoring to the 2023-2024 school year. The project was completed by the end of the 2023-2024 school year. |

Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Yonkers Public Schools is seeking approval to amend the Optimum Solutions Corporation World, Board Report 19.5, dated July 19 2023, and,
WHEREAS this amendment will increase the amount of the agreement by $2,845.44 bringing the total cost for the 2023-2024 school year to $39,674.88 and,
WHEREAS the increase is necessary to cover the costs related to unforeseen overages for projects that have occurred throughout the 2023-2024 school year. These costs are non-recurring for the upcoming school year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to amend the 2023-2024 agreement with Optimum Solutions Corporation World to increase the amount by $2,845.44 bringing the total cost for the contract to $39,674.88 |
