Resolution
|
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Empire Electronics Inc. to purchase materials to support instruction and professional development in target schools through the use of technology for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Empire Electronics Inc. a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Empire Electronics Inc. to purchase these materials, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Empire Electronics Inc. at a cost not to exceed $11,261.92. |
