NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approves the Stipulation of Settlement entered into on or about November 15, 2022, as well as, and without limitations, all agreements and contracts necessary to implement said Stipulation, in full resolution of an impending Impartial Due Process Demand; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent and/or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents in furtherance of this resolution. |
