Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Y&S Technologies to purchase Chromebooks, Tripp Lite Carts, Promethean Boards & Stands, to support PTECH Students for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Y&S Technologies a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Y&S Technologies to purchase these items, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Y&S Technologies at a cost not to exceed $24,956.00. |
