Resolution
|
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the YCSD and CSEA have engaged in negotiations; and
WHEREAS, the negotiations between the Board of Education of the YCSD and CSEA have resulted in the attached Agreement; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the Agreement, the Board of Education of the YCSD wishes to state its approval by ratifying the Agreement estimated at an annual amount not to exceed $174,000.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education of YCSD hereby approves the Agreement between the Board of Education and CSEA attached, estimated at an annual amount not to exceed $174,000.00 |
