Ladies and Gentlemen:
Whereas the Board of Education wishes to renumber and rename Policy 5290, Eligibility for Extra-Curricular Activities; and
Whereas the Board of Education wishes to adopt Policy 5205, Eligibility for Cocurricular and Extracurricular Activities.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Board of Education shall renumber and rename Policy 5290, Eligibility for Extra-Curricular Activities, as Policy 5205, Eligibility for Cocurricular and Extracurricular Activities; and
Be It Further Resolved that the Board of Education adopts Policy 5205, Eligibility for Cocurricular and Extracurricular Activities; and
Be It Further Resolved that Policy 5290, Eligibility for Extra-Curricular Activities, shall be removed from the Policy Manual and policy 5205, Eligibility for Cocurricular and Extracurricular Activities, shall be incorporated into the Policy Manual. |
